Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing/Administrator to join our team. The Director of Nursing will oversee all nursing operations within our facility, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. Must have experience in State Medicaid and Licensing surveys, completing assessments with measurable goals and supervising home health aides.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise nursing staff to provide quality care
- Uphold resident rights and ensure their well-being
- Oversee hospice care and acute care services
- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge in daily operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Coordinate shift management for nursing staff
- Provide leadership in home health services

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience in supervising nursing staff
- Strong understanding of acute care practices and hospice care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
