We're searching for a diligent salon coordinator to provide administrative support. Youll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing salon standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, ordering products, tracking inventory, and marketing our brand through social media, email, and events. Responsibilities:

Order office equipment and supplies as needed

Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements

Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services

Follow opening, downtime, and closing procedures for the salon i.e. cleaning duties, sending reports, checking clients in and out, etc.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner

High school diploma or GED required

Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues

Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication

Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
