Title: Extra Help - Sports and Business Operations Coordinator

This position will serve as the travel operations assistant for several ISU sports teams. This could include booking travel, hotels, meals, etc. In addition, the position will process all travel vouchers, and will serve as a secondary staff member to other business office operations such as vouchering, credit card processing, etc. Daily office functions such as assist with mailings, scheduling conference rooms, placing office orders will be expected in this position.

Required Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree
2. Three years of experience in a communications focused role
3. Three years of experience in office operations and customer service
8:00am - 4:30pm, not exceeding 28 hours per week
Functional ExpectationsMust be able to complete the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

2. Move about in various locations across campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.
