Key Responsibilities :
Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Identify and target prospective clients through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, networking events, and online lead generation.
Sales Presentations and Consultations :
Conduct needs-based assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements, financial goals, and risk tolerance.
Present insurance products and coverage options to clients, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to establish trust and credibility.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of insurance products and address clients' concerns or objections.
Sales Process Management :
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation.
Prepare and submit insurance applications, proposals, and underwriting requirements accurately and efficiently.
Sales Performance and Goal Achievement :
Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Continuously prospect and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience :
experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Licenses / Certifications :
Valid insurance license required (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
