We have a unique opportunity available for an experienced concierge professional to join the team at IRT Kangara Waters. Reporting to the Care Manager, the successful applicant will provide high quality administration support to our team and exceptional customer service to our residents and customers.

Your responsibilities include :

• Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis
• Act as a point of reference for residents, visitors, contractors and IRT team members who require assistance or information
• Advise residents of local events and opportunities within our local area.
• Plan social opportunities and forums on a scheduled basis
• Undertake administration duties consistent with the role
• Complete necessary documentation

To be successful you will have :

• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate empathetically to people from diverse backgrounds, values and cultures
• Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads in a busy team environment
• High level skills with Microsoft Office Products
• An understanding and experience of the Aged Care Industry is desirable
• Availability to work during the week and weekends
• A current drivers license
