- Understand and communicate client needs and project risks to team members, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Act as main client liaison for tasks like coordination, planning, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and scheduling.
- Create and implement project policies, controls, and execution plans.
- Manage project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Document and manage project changes effectively.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals based on client requirements.
- Coordinate cross-disciplined efforts and schedules.
- Familiarity with utility facilities and pipeline standards is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, preferably engineering.
- Experience in Natural Gas Pipeline/Facilities or Utilities is a bonus.
