iLink Resources is Hiring an Accounting Services Assistant SP Near Tucson, AZ

This position is contract to direct/Full Time/Full Benefits. All in office work.
Must have at least one or more years administrative and/or accounting experience.

Accurately complete data entry projects
Compile and track accounting information and documents
Prepare financial documents for processing which may include accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card transactions, and/or time entry
Record and properly classify financial transactions in accounting system
Communicate and confirm information with the appropriate business leaders
Maintain well-organized filing and tracking systems
Run reports as required
Provide backup to the receptionist/dispatcher
Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership
Must be proficient in excel

Must be authorized to live and work in the United States.
