Job Summary
Iliff Aircraft is the leader in repair and overhaul of aircraft waste and water components. The Parts Clerk position is a vital role responsible for maintaining adequate stock by communicating with vendors and following up on lead times.
Responsibilities:
- Generates quotes for customers
- Orders parts through automated parts software, or through special requests
- Maintains inventory levels
- Monitors PO lead times
- Conducts periodic physical inventory counts
- Maintains all traceability paperwork for parts
- Maintains current pricing in software inventory system
- Distributes parts for work orders
-Ensures all parts in chemical shelf life items are marked with date of expiration
Skills:
- Strong inventory control skills with the ability to effectively manage stock levels
- Proficient in procurement management, including the ability to source and procure parts and supplies
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
- Experience using aviation software would be a plus
