The Role:
- The Warehouse Associate completes the daily operational activities of packing, shipping, receiving, and distribution.
- He/she ensures all is accomplished accurately and promptly while providing support to the rest of the organization.
- Proven warehouse experience of 2-3 years.
- Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other types of warehouse equipment.
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data or management systems.
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Minimum physical requirement, ability to lift to 25lbs.
- High school diploma or Associate's degree.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the Warehouse teams.
- Update and maintain inventory count in the ERP system.
- Organize stock locations and maintain inventory.
- Inspect products for defects and damages.
- Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Organize warehouse space.
- Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Check, verify, and fill customer invoices.
- Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling.
- Abide by all company safety policies.
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
- Perform other duties that may be required.
- Availability for On-site Monday-Friday for the working hours (9 am-6 pm)
- Full-time hourly.
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
- Eligible for the company’s 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
- Sick hours are earned from the date of hire and are eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
- 7 paid holidays per year.
- Eligible to earn vacation time after 3 months of employment.
