Job Description:

As a Brand Ambassador/Content Creator for our window and door company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and engaging with our audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and ultimately generate leads. You will be required to present to Architects, builders, clients about our products and services as well as conduct AIA lunch and learns.

Responsibilities:

- Develop creative content strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience preferences.

- Create high-quality, engaging content including photos, videos, blog posts, and social media posts.

- Collaborate with the team to produce content highlighting product features, benefits, and unique selling points.

- Build and maintain relationships with current clients and industry professionals to expand our reach and credibility.

- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement and conversion rates.

- Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional activities as needed, and present AIA lunch and learns at Architect firms

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or brand ambassador, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and concepts.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Eager to learn the window and door business is a MUST. You will be promoting our products and will need to fully understand our systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
