Ikon is hiring a full-time Lauch Deployment manager with prior Sales and/or F&I experience within an automotive dealership environment. This is a field-based position that will require up to 80% travel annually. Travel is Monday through Friday on a weekly basis.

The Launch Deployment Manager is responsible for installing and training dealers on the Ikon solution. This includes training all dealership personnel on the feature functionality of the Ikon solution; implementing processes leveraging best practices to achieve the optimal results for the dealer. Training consists of both classroom style and one on one.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducts training for dealership personnel on the installation process of the devices and key fobs.

• Conducts training for dealership personnel on the Ikon portal and app to track and monitor vehicle inventory.

• Reviews best practices for selling of the solution through sales and F&I.

• Drive adoption of Ikon solutions across all stakeholder departments, including sales, service, F&I, and operations

• Train the dealer on the re-order process for GPS devices

• Assist the dealer with implementing processes and reporting for inventory management.

• Proactively collaborates with dealer to overcome objections and escalates to Account Management and Ikon Management any issues that negatively impact solution adoption.

• Educate the dealer on industry compliance standards

• Conduct handoff to the Account Management team for ongoing training and support.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive dealership industry preferably with Sales, CRM, F&I
• Ability to work and influence across all levels of the dealership.
• Strong knowledge of variable dealership operations or in training dealer staff on software applications and process
• High sense of urgency. Handles high-stress interactions and situations and can de-escalate appropriately using empathy.
• Effective communication skills with clients and well as peers, both oral as well as written. Ability to work as a team member with limited supervision.
• Time management and completion of tasks to a definite deadline.
• Willingness to travel to client sites (on the road up to 80% of the time).
• A clean driving record is required for this position (Class C license in good standing, no DUI or felony driving offenses)
