What you'll be doing day to day

• Presents products to reflect the entire depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire the different home furnishing tastes of our visitors• Provides a commercial range offer and actively promotes the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments• Ensures teams know the top selling products and they are available, clearly communicated, and displayed at all times or promotes alternative products when others are unavailable using all channels• Contributes in range management in all areas of the store• Implements add-ons throughout entire store and works with the range presentation team• Ensures the store is meeting the IKEA Concept commercially and living up to IKEA Standards and Guidelines• Utilizes customer intelligence to improve the shopping experience
