Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Duties:

- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding any special requests or modifications
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or concerns promptly

Experience:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Familiarity with banquet or hotel operations is advantageous
- Basic culinary knowledge or experience as a cook is beneficial
- Strong guest services and customer service skills are essential
- Experience in bussing tables is a bonus

Pay: $12.75 - $15.00 per hour
