As a Restaurant Manager at IHOP, you will responsible for :

• Training and supervising staff
• The on-going training with all employees, insuring all employees are following all company standards all the time
• Ensuring all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
• Working closely with upper management to meet revenue objectives
• Implementing appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
• Maintaining safe working conditions
• Maintaining high ethics and follow all company policies
• Following all HR policies
• Following all policies regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment. Keep restaurant appropriately staffed at all times
• Auditing inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
• Insuring the restaurant IS NEVER out of any products

Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience

• High school education or equivalent
• Prior high volume breakfast restaurant management experience preferred
• IHOP experience a plus.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;

ability to write routine reports and correspondence; and ability to speak effectively to employees and guests

• Must work some nights and weekends
• Must be able to follow and adhere to all brand standards and health department food service regulations.
