IGT is Hiring a Slot attendant Near Reno, NV
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and verify jackpot and fill payments.
- Solve customer disputes.
- Verify vault and change bank inventory.
- Perform minor machine repair.
Work Location :
Onsite at Reno-Tahoe International Airport. This position is not remote or hybrid eligible.
Requirements
- Experience with MS Word and Excel
- Basic math skills required
- Excellent customer service skills (including good written and verbal communication skills)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly
- Must be able to stand a full 8-hour shift
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain a gaming card upon employment
- A security investigation will be conducted
Preferred :
Experience with money handling (i.e., retail cashier, bank teller)
