JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking reliable Production Associates who will be responsible for executing all processes in production. As part of the Distribution Team, you will work closely with the quality control and shipping teams. You will learn more than one part of the assembly process, including labeling, quality control, packaging, and shipping. The production team members review and follow instructions and are detail oriented to complete the task. The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, meticulous, flexible, and open to change, and computer savvy. They are patient, problem-solvers with an eye for the bigger picture. This is a full-time hourly position.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct visual inspection of manufacturing equipment and changeovers
• Ability to disassemble/assemble in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure compliance with SOP requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Must be able to focus on the task at hand and pay attention to details
• Maintain calmness to meet deadlines
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process
• Excellent time management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• State Law requires that applicants be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in a legal cannabis market highly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of work-related experience
