Experience: Must have at least two (2) years experience in food and nutrition. Ability to perform managerial and dietetic functions accurately and professionally. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and react to situations in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Must have ongoing education in food and nutrition. High level of neatness and thoroughness is required. Ability to communicate and work in a positive manner with all levels of people. Must meet all time guidelines established by Belmont Pines Hospital policies regarding completion and maintenance of dietary records and reporting.
