OUR OPPORTUNITY

Busy Post Falls Chiropractic office seeking enthusiastic, responsible person with 6 arms and 6 legs! Customer service background, good phone and clerical skills necessary.

The applicant must be a caring people person, very attentive to detail, have an exceptional ability to follow through, be organized, and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Only qualified candidates that are seriously interested in a long-term position need apply.

Hours average 36-40 Monday through Friday. Hours vary (see schedule below). Salary is competitive and bonus plans are included. Great opportunity to help others regain their health, learn about natural health care and attend prominent practice seminars for training occasionally.

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answer phones cheerfully and professionally
• Computer skills involving data entry, text messages to patients etc.
• Appointment scheduling
• Tracking patient appointments (i.e. missed appointments, no show appointments, new patients and canceled appointments)
• Patient awareness and education
• Handle office promotions
• Maintain patient flow in office
• Collections of patient payments
• Computer input and posting
• Insurance billing (we will train you how to do this)
• Preparing, scanning and filing patient charts
• End of day balance of reports and collections
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation / reception area
• Maintain and order products and supplies
• Manage email and text messages
• Assist with putting patients on treatments

HOURS

Full Time Chiropractic Assistant

MONDAY 8:00 am – 12:30 pm 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

TUESDAY 8:00 am - 2:00 pm

WEDNESDAY 8:00 am – 12:30 pm 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

THURSDAY 8:00 am – 12:30 pm 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

FRIDAY 8:00am-12:30

Ending times can vary depending on patient flow but would not go past 6:30 pm

Fridays / Saturdays Occasional seminars, trainings

ABOUT US

Dr. Trevor graduated from Life Chiropractic College West with Academic Honors and Clinical Honors. During his time at Life West, Dr. Trevor was awarded a Scholarship as a rugby athlete, was Vice President of the Rugby Club, a member of the Sports Performance Institute, and a member of the Delta Sigma Chi professional fraternity where he served as the Treasurer and on countless committees.
