Job Description:
Ignite is seeking a Marks Subject Matter Expert to support a long-term contract. This position provides technical, managerial, and administrative subject matter expertise regarding unique system requirements for the MARKS system. Assists with preparation of software test documents, perform system testing during development of new software releases, design and prepare technical reports, briefings, and related documentation. Provide Helpdesk support as required to assist MARKS end users.
This position has the option of being remote.
Job Requirements:Critical Job Elements:
- Act as liaisaon between the MARKS PMO and DoD organizations involved in development of system requirements related to the implementation of MARKS.
- Provide a single point of contact for MARKS end-users to receive support and maintenance within the operating environment.
- Attend and represent the MARKS PMO in various system development / software development reviews.
- Develop/maintain an electronic Continuity Folder for assigned tasks. Provide updated version to the PM when requested.
- Assist in the development of software test documents and perform system testing during development of new software releases.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all functional analyst duties in accordance with the CMMI Process.
- Provide level II help desk support to the end users of MARKS.
- Provide monthly status reports and support documentation.
- Interact with other team members to accomplish task-related activities in a professional manner that reflects a positive image.
- Directed Travel: If travel is required, submit Expense reports, receipts, and the trip report within 4 business days after returning from the trip.
- Special projects as assigned.
