• Recruit, Hire and Staff the restaurant with well trained employees covering all shifts
• Able to plan to develop Managers and employees
• Fully understand the Franchise owner’s requirements
• Understand and take responsibilities seriously. Take actions to solve operational and financial concerns of the Franchisee and DDFI
• Ensure the restaurant operates utilizing the DDFI systems, procedures and policies.
• Provide and follow a working PLAN on weekly and monthly basis to achieve results.
• Communicate on daily basis with the Franchisees: Sales, Guest Comments, Employee and other concerns
• Supervise ALL employees, Coach, Train and Follow Up to ensure the execution of Operational Excellence
• Ensure implementation, communication and enforcement of ALL government regulations (labor codes, health dept. guidelines) safety and security guidelines as well as all DDFI policies
• When the Restaurant Performance Evaluation is conducted, provide a plan of action to address all DDFI concerns and suggestions.
• Project income and expenses for the following month and quarter
• Implement plan to ensure the financial results meet or exceed projections
• Actively be involved in the local store marketing and advertising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
