Club Ignit Select is seeking passionate and experienced volleyball coaches to join our team! We are looking to fill both head and assistant positions from the U11 to U18 divisions. As a coach, you will be tasked with instilling and developing the foundational skills of volleyball to your athletes. following club philosophy and curriculum.

General requirements and benefits of both head and assistant coaches:

• Extensive knowledge of the rules and techniques in volleyball
• Teach fundamental and advanced skills and strategies
• Provide guidance and support to athletes during games and competitions
• Ability to evaluate performance and convey appropriate feedback for improvement
• Ensure the safety of athletes during practices and games
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure growth
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire athletes
• Previous coaching experience (all levels)
• Attend and conduct a 2-hour practice, 3x a week
• Teams will participate in approximately 5 one-day tournaments within the Iowa Region
• Teams will participate in approximately 2 travel qualifiers lasting 3-days each
• Teams will participate in 2-day Iowa Regional qualifier in Des Moines
• Competitive coach’s stipend along with reimbursement of various in-season expenses
• Valid driver’s license
