Position: Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician
Description: Our NOC Technicians are the front line of the iGLASS Service. NOC Technicians configure, monitor, and maintain the iGLASS Environment. They notify customers and creatively problem-solve to resolve issues in our customers’ computing environment and respond to inquiries when they arise. Our technicians work with a diverse set of technologies and over time develop a broad breadth of skills.
