We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately entering data into our systems and maintaining database integrity. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Verify accuracy of data inputs and resolve any discrepancies.
- Compile and organize information for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist with data cleanup and quality assurance processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in data entry or related administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with data management systems and software preferred.
