iFuse Solutions is Hiring a Deployment Technician Near Akron, OH
Job Details
iFuse Solutions is seeking IT professionals for the onsite setup of new product and removal of an existing local computer.
- Move new equipment from receiving location to the deployment location.
- Organize product components and peripherals (e.g., docking supplies, monitors, keyboards, power supplies and mice) for deployment.
- Plug Client-provided, Client-certified network patch cables into new supported product, including port assignments on switch and wall plate.
- Plug all power cords into electrical sources.
- Provide normal and customary cable management.
- Plug network patch cables into existing Client-certified network jacks.
- Boot the new product and verify network connection for Client s network connected devices and for Epic workstations update the workstation record to facilitate printing.
- Reconnect and setup existing external peripherals.
- Disconnect the legacy hardware components, network cable, and power cord for the Client's system being replaced.
- Move the legacy system to an onsite storage area designated by Client where devices will be loaded onto the client's mobile delivery cart for transportation to the client's IT Asset Disposition Facility
