Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude or demonstrated handiness, with the ability to troubleshoot and handle various tools and equipment efficiently.
• Experience in a construction trade (preferred, not required)
• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving issues with equipment and material

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to jobsite safety standards and perform job-site inspections
• Assist with all stages of insulation jobs including spray foam, blown-in products, which will include material & job site preparation, assting lead technician during install, and cleanup of job site once install is complete.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and management

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights
• Ability to perform job during long periods of standing/kneeling/climbing
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently

Pay: $18 - 25 per hour
