We’re looking for a visionary leader to to grow, train and lead an international team of Ambassadors to create a movement to inspire our entire generation to care about a cause and take action to support it. You will be coordinating innovative campus events, creating lasting and meaningful partnerships with local nonprofits, and engaging social networks to create change. Ultimately, your passion and zeal to change the world will help to inspire the entire Millennial generation to create profound social change. We’re looking for a leader who wants to be at the helm of the iFLIP4 movement. We don’t want someone who will say yes and implement every little thing we ask for. What we want is a partner. Someone to bounce ideas off of, someone with a vision for the future of our company, and someone who has the desire and drive to make it a reality.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Recruit, train, and manage an international team of Ambassadors to virally spread iFLIP4 through their campuses and social networks, both online and offline2. Work with Ambassador teams to organize innovative on-campus promotional events, revolutionary social media campaigns, and mutually beneficial partnerships with local nonprofits and global brands3. Create innovative ways for iFLIP4 to be involved with organizations on campus including everything from Greek life to Film Club. 4. Conduct regular meetings with regional Ambassador directors and Ambassador team leaders5. Motivate, inspire, and challenge the Ambassador Network to maximize their world-changing potentialQualifications1. Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and time management skills. 2. Experience organizing and leading groups of volunteers. 3. Experience with community organizing and outreach. 4. Must be patient, persistent, outgoing, and full of creativity5. An overwhelming desire to improve the world!Additional InformationThis position will begin as part-time at about 15 hours/week with a small stipend. As we grow and complete our Angel round of funding, we will address expansion to a full time position with a full salary and vested equity.
