Job Summary:

We are looking for a less experienced responsible Repair Technician to join our team. Nonetheless, we ask for you to be familiar with various types of technology! The candidate will receive in-depth training on repairing a variety of electronic devices and equipment, with a focus on cell phones, tablets, and computer hardware.

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, computers, and other electronic equipment.

- Perform equipment repairs with precision and attention to detail.

- Provide exceptional customer service during retail sales interactions.

Skills:

- Ability to analyze technical issues and develop effective repair solutions.

- Experience with hand tools for disassembly and reassembly of devices.

- Knowledge of computer hardware components and functionality (e.g., battery, motherboard, keyboard, etc.)

- Previous experience in retail sales is a plus.
