Responsible for providing administrative support to the Nutrition Services Department.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact well with as well as establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with staff from other departments and suppliers.
• Proficient at data entry and 10-key, proof-reading, multi-tasking; detail and deadline-oriented.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, stay focused with normal distractions and without distracting others.
• Proficient in using standard office computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) and Internet.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours. There will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns. Limited physical effort required. Very limited exposure to physical risk. PLEASE NOTE: The location of this position is located on the 2nd floor of an older building that is not accessible.
