Reports to: Distribution Center Manager

Supervises: Clemmons Warehouse staff

Summary Statement: Under the general supervision of the Distribution Center Manager, the individual in this position oversees all warehouse operations, supervising all inbound, outbound and internal inventory movement using established work and safety procedures.

Essential Job Functions

1. Supervise the activities of direct reports engaged in CNCS, Pinnacle Pick & Pack, and Amazon orders including shipping, receiving, quality, storing, inventory status, counting, testing and fulfilling requests for raw and finished goods in a timely manner.
2. Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing training, coaching, feedback, and encouragement.
3. Plan, develop, implement, and enforce health, safety, security, and cleanliness practices, including daily vehicle inspections, reporting any concerns to the DC Manager.
4. Responsible for preparation of correspondence, reports, and standard operating procedures as well as cycle counting.

Marginal Job Functions

1. Assist other department personnel as time and knowledge permit.
2. Participate in training and meetings as requested.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

1. Must be able to work in a warehouse setting with the ability to walk, stand, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis.
2. Must be able to work both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

1. Must be able to work professionally as part of a team with other department employees.
2. Must be able to comprehend, prioritize, and perform duties using established work and safety procedures with minimal supervision.
3. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive company box truck. A CDL license preferred.
4. Must be or become forklift certified.
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
6. A working knowledge of D365 a plus.

Education and Work Experience

1. A high school diploma or GED is required.
2. Must have at least 3 5 years’ warehouse experience
