ISwim is seeking a motivated swim instructor to join our team. As a swim instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. We are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys working with people. High School Students with strong swimming skills encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct and demonstrate proper swimming techniques and strokes. ( Training Provided)
• Ensure a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing safety rules and guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their swimming abilities.
• Monitor students' progress and maintain accurate records of their achievements.
• Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns.
• Assist with pool maintenance and ensure cleanliness and organization of the swimming area.

Qualifications:

• Strong swimming skills.
• knowledge of swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety. (Training Provided)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with individuals of all ages and skill levels.
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations.
• Passion for teaching and helping others achieve their goals.
