Your role as a Strategic Customer Project Manager will be to manage multiple patient monitoring system and/or therapeutic care implementations that vary in scope, size, and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. You will also be responsible for leading a team of clinical and technical resources for each project, to ensure the successful customer experience and guided by the statement of work.
Your role:
Owning each project and acting as the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips "back room" organizations for each assigned project/order
Gathering information from the customer to create project plan and provide details to internal Philips teams who support the processes throughout the value stream.
Gathering information and providing back to the customer to answer customer requirements and questions, to include site drawings, technical specs, etc.
Coordinating with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place to execute and complete each project
Keeping the customer informed of project status and progress through frequent communication, in-person and virtual meetings and written project summaries.
Monitoring progress of the project to key timelines. Working with the customer and all involved parties, such as general contractors, project managers, architects, etc. to keep projects on track.
Ensuring customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Imaging systems.
Forecasting revenue timing for assigned projects.
Achieving revenue target within an assigned area or group of projects.
Minimizing overall project cycle time and inventory, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
Assisting Sales with Order Acquisition.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combined experience/education in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management.
Effectively manages and leads multiple projects concurrently with varying complexities.
Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management within a Healthcare Environment is preferred (i.e., Healthcare IT, EMR, Patient Monitoring).
Certification in Project Management preferred (PMP or master's Certificate in Project Management)
LEAN Certification is helpful.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrates effective influential leadership across all project resources/stakeholders.
Must be highly organized.
Ability to present and negotiate effectively in multiple areas of the customers' environment (i.e., C-Suite, Clinical leadership, IT, Biomedical and others)
Review construction and technical planning documents.
Provide a stellar customer experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Project, MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com and other standardized Project Management tools and documentation.
The applicable PMI certification per role/level is required for all Employees hired/re-hired into the CPM/CDM role (including internal transfers from a non-CPM/CDM role). PMI certification obtainment is required within a specific time of an employee's start date in the CPM/CDM role. This time period is defined by the role/level and will be documented in the employment offer.
This field-based position requiring up to 80% travel and serving Phoenix and Greater Arizona.
