ieiplastics is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Specialist

Job Description:

Niche Fluoropolymer Products is searching for an Inside Sales Specialist to lead sales growth within the United States and abroad. You will drive growth and expanded market share by selling directly to customers and supporting multiple distribution partnership channels for Ultra-High Purity tubing and pipe and Fluoropolymer heat exchangers in the Semiconductor Manufacturing and Chemical Manufacturing industries. You will have direct account responsibility in addition to managing distributors and representative networks along with their required order entry responsibilities.

Experience and Skills:

Requirements:

1. Process all customer orders and verify accuracy of pricing, ship date, part number, and ensure the order acknowledgement matches the customer purchase order and quote.

2. Engage with customers through phone and email to understand their needs and communicate that information to operations.

3. Responsible to delegate all leads to the appropriate sales team.

4. Compile daily order reports and yearly order summary reports.

5. Distribute backlog to the shop floor daily.

6. Communicate frequently with manufacturing personnel to relay customer needs and ensure timely ordering of necessary materials.

7. Build strong customer relationships.

8. Complete necessary export paperwork and apply for export licenses as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience communicating with customers and vendors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Specialist or similar role.

2. Have a positive customer first mentality.

3. Excellent communication skills.

4. Outstanding organizational skills.
