Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Construction Foreman to join our dynamic team at IE Power, LLC. This position will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems in construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors specializing in mechanical disciplines.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and technical documentation to ensure proper installation of mechanical systems.

- Plan and schedule work sequences and coordinate the procurement of tools and materials needed for the project.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and adherence to safety guidelines and building codes.

- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical installations and constructions to ensure quality and specifications are met.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.

- Manage and document project progress, including workforce performance, compliance with specifications, and budget adherence.

- Provide leadership and training to new workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and make adjustments to project plans as necessary.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.

- Extensive knowledge of oil & gas and industrial mechanical systems, construction procedures, and safety practices.

- Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in using construction management software is advantageous.

- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
