Specific Responsibilities
- Help prepare estimates, invoice and reports
- Analyze financial data
- Data Entry
- Check financial documents and journal entries for accuracy
- File documents
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or working towards a bachelors in Accoutning or Finance.
- Excellent written and verbal skills required
- Applied understanding of basic accounting principles
- Active enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
- A willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented
- Analytical skills
- Ability to work within deadlines
Work Environment
This part-time position will be located in IDScan.net’s New Orleans Headquarters. Normal office hours are
8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday; flexibility provided around class schedule. This position will report to the CFO.
