Systems Administrator

Position Description:

100% ONSITE, 8am-5pm (no flexibility on this)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure Microsoft server security, perform critical updates, and patch vulnerabilities
• Manage server hardware, including build, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Convert servers to virtualized environments for enhanced efficiency
• Track server inventory, reconcile discrepancies, and manage surplus equipment
• Administer Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Azure, while analyzing and implementing system modifications based on customer needs

Required Skills:

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, coupled with three years of professional-level experience in systems administration or a related field.
• Demonstrated minimum 2 years of experience in supporting local and wide area networks within a medium to large technical environment.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and configuring server hardware.
• Proficiency in operational management of Exchange Online, Microsoft 0365, and various Microsoft operating systems.
• Functional expertise encompassing Microsoft Windows Server versions (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022), Exchange Server, and Windows applications.
• Extensive experience in constructing, sustaining, and monitoring Windows servers, complemented by operational and functional familiarity with HP server hardware and VMWare Virtual Servers.
• Profound understanding of vulnerabilities and their remediation within the Windows Server Operating System.
