Position Summary: Spero Tech is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our client's Corporate IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a customer-first mindset, and experience in providing exceptional IT support. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and contractors, ensuring seamless IT operations and contributing to our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and efficient IT support to employees and contractors, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Configure and deploy applications, manage Intune groups, Active Directory, and Azure groups.
• Complete new hire IT checklists, deploy laptops, and assist with onboarding processes.
• Participate in IT projects, contributing to the development and implementation of new IT solutions and services.
• Contribute to the achievement of yearly IT goals and objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and increased Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement best practices for IT support and operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role, with a strong background in providing IT support in a corporate environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Suite, Apple iOS and macOS, Android, Linux, Active Directory, Azure, AWS, Service NOW, FreshDesk, and other relevant IT software and tools.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, including Red Hat Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Active Directory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and contractors at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results and meeting project deadlines.
• Relevant certifications, such as CER-Information Systems Cyber Security or CER-Cyber Security Infrastructure Technician, are highly desirable.
