Job Details
Key Responsibilities:

• Work cross functionally within and outside the company to ensure successful machine operation and customer service
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their productivity goals
• Fully train operators and Maintenance personnel on how to operate and maintain the equipment
• Make visits to our customers both domestically and internationally to identify and resolve technical issues while creating positive customer experiences and retention
• Manage and report on all activities including but not limited to, detailed work orders, follow-up reports, travel expenses and general customer/prospect feedback

Qualifications:

• Previous technical services with mechanical and electrical experience
• PLC troubleshooting/programming experience preferred
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 65% of the year
