Jewish Community Center of Dallas is Hiring a Web Developer/Digital Analyst Near Dallas, TX

The Digital Analyst/Web Developer works with the marketing staff to develop and maintain digital communication that enriches and enhances the Dallas JCC brand while increasing program engagement amongst our members and community. 

The Web Developer/Digital Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining The JCC’s digital presence. The Web Developer/Digital Analyst role will manage job-relevant marketing software and digital systems in conjunction with The JCC’s IT department. In addition, the Web Developer/Digital Analyst is responsible for website functionality, digital technology, and content consistency across all JCC online engagement platforms.

The ideal candidate should be up to date with digital trends, have a strong understanding of digital marketing, website, and digital metrics. The candidate should have experience with current marketing tools and strategies and collaboratively execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

· Build, engage and retain the Dallas JCC community through a digital presence online and throughout the facility.

· Implement digital marketing strategies on our digital displays, and website.

· Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across social media channels.

· Constantly track, measure and report (written and verbal) on the performance of all digital marketing activities.

· May assist with critical business decisions by compiling, pulling and analyzing metrics and publishing reports about the website, email campaigns and social media activity. Present results on a regular basis for evaluation of marketing efforts.

· Collaborate with The JCC marketing team to develop dynamic video and photo strategies that engage audiences and tell our JCC narrative.

· Communicate The J’s brand story through impactful digital marketing.

· Understand technology trends in the field and implement best practices to ensure The JCC incorporates top technology serving the needs of our departments and members.

· Optimize internet presence with the Marketing team by strengthening audience engagement.

· Manage web/digital presence to uphold the Dallas JCC brand and member needs.

· Ensure content is appealing and dynamic with easy-to-access programs and registration. Ensure web/digital content drives relevant readership and is consistent across all platforms.

· Maintain various internal databases and work as a point of contact for updates

· Help optimize marketing campaigns and communication across The JCC through the website, digital displays, social media, email marketing, and third-party platforms.

· Responsible for working with Marketing Director to maintain and monitor a social media strategy within the agency.

· Review and understand JCC software, website, and digital presence to make recommendations for improvement.

· Adheres to department policies and procedures, guidelines, and fiscal responsibilities

· Conduct keyword research, evaluate analytics and identify areas of success in order to make recommendations based on analysis and best practices.

· May attend some evening and/or weekend events

· Will be responsible for meeting established department goals

EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS:

· B.A. or B.S. in marketing or appropriate equivalent preferred

· Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and/or communications

· Proven ability to manage the creation and production of a broad variety of materials on a diverse spectrum of subjects in an engaging and imaginative style

· Knowledge and ability to use WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Salesforce, jQuery as well as other digital technologies

· Demonstrated examples of marketing initiatives aimed at a wide variety of audiences and market sectors.

· Ability to work within established style guidelines

· Excellent verbal, written, and people skills

· Ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects on tight deadlines

· Photography skills and videography (including editing) a plus

· Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop - iMovie, FinalCut Pro and After Effects.

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Effective communication and project management skills

The Web Developer/Digital Analyst must be a collaborator as part of The JCC Professional Staff. This person must be aware of The JCC Mission Statement and work within the frameworks of that mission. Responsibilities of the job may change as the needs of The JCC and/or community change.
