IDR Healthcare is Hiring a Content Producer Near Los Angeles, CA

IDR is seeking a talented Content Producer for one of our top clients in the entertainment industry. This will be a 1 year contract and will be 100% remote with opportunity to go into the office in Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines in collaboration with local publishing leads in NA, LATAM and Brazil
  • Define and manage rituals and artifacts for each campaign, ensuring effective communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-functional, cross-regional teams, including production, social media, creative, brand, and product. Facilitate collaboration, communication, and the seamless flow of work among team members
  • Manage campaign schedules and deadlines, ensuring local teams have what they need to deliver on them, from planning to content delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary in partnership with local teams
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of experience in content production, particularly in creative industries (e.g., advertising, marketing, design)
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional project teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of creative processes and deliverables
  • Experience with content, digital, experiential production
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with the Riot Games ecosystem
  • PMP, Agile or related certifications
