Headquarterednear Basel, Switzerland, the US Commercial Operations & Clinical Development teams are based near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

HR:

• Audits US employee files; updates files and electronic systems with employee information, as needed
• Updates HR Insights with bi-weekly updates (online and plasmas in Radnor office)
• Updates the employee handbook for an annual refresh
• Supports any new benefits, perks, wellness offerings rollout during the summer
• Product launch support for Talent Acquisition and Onboarding activities, such as scheduling and managing candidate interviews and updating hiring dashboards
• Participates in organizing engagement events

Finance & Compliance:

• Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
• Helps develop effective reports, presentations, and analyses for use by management and external stakeholders
• Helps create reports and dashboards that give insight into the performance of the business
• Perform finance and compliance reviews and audits e.g. expenses, business transactions

Sales Operations & Commercial:

• Responsible for providing support to the Sales Teams through data analysis and integrity reviews
• Analyze data and provide reporting in support of sales, business performance, activity and company/customer trends
• Participate in product launch meetings, trainings, etc. to expand exposure in a biotech, start-up environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Completed at least 2 years of university-level education, pursuing a Bachelor's degreein a business-related discipline
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with MS Office applications and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability and initiative to work effectively both independently and on a team
• Available for 10 weeks, 32 hours per week (Mon-Thurs) between mid May tomid August
• Able to be present in the Idorsia US HQ office in Radnor, PA 2-3 days per week
