Identity Optical Laboratory has been a leader in spectacle production in the community for over 15 years. Working hand in hand with Keplr Vision, IOL supplies prescription eyeglasses to over 280 practices in 35 states.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to communicate with teammates and leadership professionally and respectfully
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality
- Strong ability to focus on department tasks meticulously
- Willingness to learn new processes to ensure lab efficiency
- Moderate computer ability
- Ability to work in a team or self directed environment
- Must be able to prioritize work and review tasks
- Must be at least 18 yrs of age
- Previous Manufacturing experience is a plus but not necessary*

- 1st - 5:00am-1:00pm
- 2nd - 11:00am-7:00pm, or 1:00pm-9:00pm (depends on dept)
- 3rd – 9:00pm-5:00am ($2 shift differential for 3rd shift)
