Responsibilities

• Work with cloud platform engineers, delivery engineers, technical product managers and software developers to coordinate the delivery, launch and operation of digital products and platforms.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and high-risk areas.
• Produce and evaluate delivery, operation, resource, and compliance metrics.
• Align and manage the build and deployment of new tooling to streamline and automate security, testing, and region launch related initiatives.
• Support process improvement projects in coordination with teams.
• Hold regular technical team meetings to align on progress and address any questions or challenges regarding ongoing efforts.
• Help define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Help establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing technical engineering teams.
• Experience managing technical programs across multi functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams using Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing, executing, and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
• Strong sense of accountability regarding security aspects.
• Ability and willingness to work in a highly collaborative environment and in promoting a teamwork mentality.
