Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service, assisting with fingerprinting and document scanning using advanced technology.
• Verify customer identity and maintain database records accurately.
• Perform biometric processing to meet program accuracy standards.
• Identify opportunities for upselling retail products and services.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of applicant information.
• Complete administrative duties and maintain inventory as required.
• Represent the company in a professional and customer-oriented manner.

Qualifications:

• Must be a US citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of applicable experience, sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required. Ability to travel in the DMV area and work flexible hours
