Location: Council Bluffs, IA

Pay: $20 - $24 per hour

Work Schedule:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 am - 6:45 pm
  • Tuesday, Thursday: 2:00 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Full-time: 37 hours per week

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first friendly face our practice members see when they walk through the door. Your main responsibilities will include greeting practice members, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth check-ins for our patients. You'll also have the opportunity to engage with patients through messaging, calling, texting, and emailing, as well as assisting with newsletters and promotions to keep our community informed.
