Job Description:

The Clinic is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Part-Time Front Desk/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in phlebotomy, adept at electronic medical record (EMR) management, and possess excellent patient and customer care skills. A positive attitude and a collaborative approach are essential for success in this role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Schedule appointments and handle appointment reminders.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist healthcare providers with various clinical tasks as needed.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical assisting preferred.
• Proven experience in phlebotomy and EMR management.
