Our thriving practice in Sarasota, FL is seeking an energetic Associate Doctor to join our team! We are a cash-based, adjustment-focused practice, offering adjunctive therapies to further help patients. In this role, you will learn all about the Superhuman Protocol, a 3-step biohacking process that includes PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic frequency to magnetize cells), EWOT (exercise with an oxygen mask), and full-body RLT/PBM (redlight therapy/photobiomodulation).

The current schedule is Monday- Thursday from 9 am-6 pm with a shift break from 12 pm- 3 pm. Eventually, a half day on Friday will be made available to patients. Starting out, you will primarily be adjusting patients 1-2 days per week. On the other 2-3 days, you will be assisting with new patient onboarding as well as helping perform therapies. We are looking for someone who is experienced and well-versed in Thomspon drop and extremity adjustments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, ethical, and dedicated to helping patients live a more fulfilled life. They should be sincere, conscientious, and enjoy routine. Preference will be given to someone who has an excellent table-side manner and is willing to participate in social media/digital marketing. New patients will be provided for you and you will benefit from a shared patient model working alongside the owner, 3 Tech CA's, and a massage therapist.

Additional Opportunity Details

• Salary: 80k Base salary (Subject to a 2-4 week onboarding period)
• Incentives are provided quarterly
• Salary increases provided once practice reaches collection goals (1.2M = 90k, 1.4M = 110k; 1.6M =130k; 1.8M =150k; 2M = 180k )
