Job Title: Case Manager

Location: Boulder, CO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $23 per hour $500 to $1000 in bonuses per month

Work Schedule:

• 35 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7 am - 7 pm
• Wednesday 8:30 am - 9 pm
• 3-day weekend off
• Requirement: You need to be able to travel to attend seminars, around 4 per year;
• Must be able to work about 5 weekends for marketing events

Responsibilities for Case Manager:

• Introduce prospective patients to the wonderful benefits of network care and a chiropractic lifestyle
• Assist the doctors to evaluate the spinal health of our practice members and prospective practice members
• Assist the doctors in evaluating the progress of our practice members
• Serve and educate our patients to help them achieve optimal health and well-being
• Acquire evidence of vertebral subluxations, loss of spinal integrity, and need for care
• Perform weight loss evaluations and consultations
• Perform job responsibilities with excellence and consistency at all times
• Provide for team member’s financial needs
• If needed, answer calls, schedule appointments, handling customer service requests.

This is a very active position! You must be able to stand up for long periods of time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
