- Appearing in a court of law, arbitration, or other judicial tribunal on our behalf and presenting well-reasoned arguments to the judicial body.
- Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration
- Analyzing and summarizing complicated legal documents, including contracts, and suggesting alterations to those documents.
- Researching and resolving legal disputes through the analysis of relevant laws, argument development, evidence collection, and legal representation.
- Drafting, reviewing, completing, and filing legal paperwork related to business operations.
- Negotiating contract terms, transactions, and settlements on behalf of the business.
