We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join a specialty clinic in the Fort Smith area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.

**Duties:**
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups
- Verify patient insurance information
- Maintain electronic medical records
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Experience with phone systems in a medical setting
- Knowledge of medical office procedures
- Previous experience in medical administrative support is preferred
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
Must have stable work history, Great References, pass Drug Screen & Background Check.
