Ideal Partners Service Group is Hiring a Pipefitter Foreman Near Fort Worth, TX

Ideal Partners a growing company in southwest Fort Worth is seeking a Pipefitter Forman to start ASAP.

Overview:
As a Pipefitter Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating pipefitting activities within construction projects. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the successful installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems, adhering to safety standards and project specifications. You will supervise a team of pipefitters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship.

Sprinkler Service Technician will be responsible for :

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, timelines, and priorities.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of pipefitters, delegating tasks, providing direction, and ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
  • Work Planning: Plan and organize pipefitting activities, including material procurement, manpower allocation, and scheduling to meet project deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all pipefitting work meets quality standards, specifications, and codes, conducting inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring that all team members adhere to safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to pipefitters, promoting skill development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and challenges that arise during pipefitting activities, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with team members, project stakeholders, and management, reporting progress, issues, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of work activities, materials used, and progress achieved, preparing reports and documentation as required.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources efficiently, including tools, equipment, and materials, optimizing utilization and minimizing waste.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a pipefitter, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in pipefitting, including [X] years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, and tools, with the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Leadership Abilities: Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members.
  • Safety Consciousness: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to pipefitting activities, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in pipefitting or related fields may be required, depending on local regulations and project requirements.
  • Physical Fitness: Good physical health and stamina, with the ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour
